Eachells Fine Furniture will start conceptual drawings and complete them within a three week period. On approval of the workshop drawing, we will present you with a price and a contract document.

 

Total amount of time is usually between 4 to 6 months, but maybe shorter or longer. Our payment terms are 60% at the signing, 30% prior to finish, and 10% upon completion, before delivery.

 

The cost of having a commissioned piece made is based largely on the amount of labour hours it takes to make. Material cost is usually not more than 20%.

 

The remaining 80% of the cost is attributable to labour. The value of an Eachells piece will increase over time. It’s value appreciates, particularly when it's an original design. All our commissions are hand signed and dated. All carvings are done by hand.
